Hotel Como offers eleven types of accommodation: two single rooms, six double rooms (Economy, Standard, Superior, Deluxe, with balcony and accessible), a twin room, the Deluxe Quadruple Room and the Apartment with Terrace. Every room has individually controlled air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a mosquito net and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

The differences lie mainly in the beds and how many guests each room sleeps: a standard double bed in the Economy, an extra-large double in the Standard, Superior and Deluxe, and two separate beds in the twin. Among the hotel rooms, only the Double Room with Balcony has outdoor space, and only the apartment has a kitchen, fridge and kettle. There is no lift: upper floors are reached by stairs.

The Apartment with Terrace is the most independent option: a private entrance, a living room, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bidet, for up to four guests. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kettle, and there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a high chair. The terrace comes with outdoor furniture, a dining area and a barbecue. The hotel has no lift: the upper floors are reached by stairs only.
